My older whole house water softener system was at the end of its life and needed to be replaced. I was really dissatisfied with the proposal made by my existing provider and decided to do a little research. I came across Pro Water Solutions and was impressed by the comments and reviews. I gave them a call, and Brad came out to take a look. What a great experience. Brad was transparent and clear with his recommendations. Everything was really easy and no surprises. The price was right, and I did not feel as if I was being upsold. Great experience overall, and our installer rocked! Really happy with the whole experience. Highly recommended. I was referred to Pro Water Solutions by a friend who raved about her experience. Just got our Pro Water Solutions water filtration installed for our house with a reverse osmosis system for the drinking water. What a game changer!!! The water quality is incredible and so clean. I have had a very positive experience with the company as well. Brad is incredibly knowledgeable and Maurice installed our unit. Maurice was so nice and the most helpful and thoughtful in the placement process of the filter system. It is clear this company cares about their customers and the service they provide. Cannot recommend enough!!

I just celebrated my 10-year anniversary at my home. I purchased a water softener and whole home water filtration system from Pro Water Solutions. First off, I haven't had any issues over the past 10 years. Second, it's good to see they are still in business after 10 years. In fact, Brad said they have been in business for 19 years. I reached out to them via their website to inquire how much it would cost to replace the carbon in my carbon tank. I figured I was overdue since the system was installed 10 years ago. They got back to me within a few hours. They offered me a fair price, but based upon my specific case usage (I live by myself) they said it wasn't necessary to change my carbon just yet. Kudos to these guys for keeping it honest and I highly recommend them for your water filtration needs.

Highly recommend Brad and his team at Pro Water Solutions for a whole home filtration system and reverse osmosis. Brad is highly knowledgeable and always available for questions. I'm super happy with the whole process and their high-quality, made-in-America product. They also use copper piping (Kinetico does not). Kinetico came highly recommended but oddly did not follow up with me after the tech visit. Pro Water gives you the option to change the filter once every 2 years yourself or does it for you for $230. Kinetico's filter changing schedule had my head spinning. Overall Pro Water is more affordable. The soft water takes some getting used to but the reverse osmosis drinking water is as pure as it gets.

We wanted a whole house water system because in Ventura, we have the hardest, grossest water! Our neighbor recommended Pro Water Solutions and we are so happy we went with them. Brad came out and talked to us about the system and there was NO hard sell, which was nice! The gentleman who installed was awesome too (unfortunately, I can't remember his name!). Also, if you have any questions after install, Brad gets back to you PRONTO! Great company and service!!!

WOW!!! These guys are the REAL DEAL. I cannot stress this enough! Brad, Maurice, and Tony helped me out incredibly! Brad came out, told me straight up what would be needed to be done at my house. He didn’t try to BS me about ANYTHING, he was super kind, caring, and informative about how the process would go. Maurice and Tony showed up right on time and did incredible work. They were very knowledgeable, clean, and quick with everything! I took a shower 10 minutes after the water softener had been installed and let me tell you this is incredible! I feel super clean, there is no dryness to my skin, there is no dryness to my hair! I’m in love with this system and these guys are THE WAY TO GO! And did I mention they are SUPER AFFORDABLE! Great experience with Pro Water Solutions. Had an arsenic issue, and Brad built a filtration system based on total well analysis. Our arsenic levels were 175ppb (which is extremely high), and the filtration system he built brought those levels down to non-detectable. Install was done cleanly and professionally. Very happy with Pro Water!

We had a full treatment water system installed over a year ago including a water softener, carbon filter, and reverse osmosis. We could not be happier. The service was top-notch and it seems like high-quality components. We like that the water softener reads how many gallons have passed through; this way it knows exactly when to run a regen cycle. We have had to use noticeably less soap, and the water is a night and day noticeable difference from before.

I had an especially challenging, steep hillside installation and the Pro Water Solutions team did an outstanding job of working around the challenges. In fact, their work involved some landscaping... which you wouldn't expect. But they do things right. Our water is much improved. This is a very worthwhile investment. Water is life!
