I called looking for an o-ring for our water filter system and left a message with Brad. He got back to me soon after and was sure he could help me. I had already looked at Home Depot and True Value, but neither had one. I didn't get it from Brad only because it was Friday evening, so they were closed and trying to get our water back on. The reason for the post was his excellent response and customer service; he even gave a coworker's name in case he wasn't available. There was more to the story, but my point is I will definitely use them when I need anything related to water conditioning!! Thank you, Brad, for your effort; it is appreciated!!

My experience with Pro Water Solutions was exceptional. Brad was able to come to our property and give us an evaluation for a new water softener install. He was able to work with me to right-size the solution to fit our family’s needs and offer competitive pricing. When the install occurred the employee who worked with us showed up on time and began work promptly. He started by reviewing all the work to be performed and communicated throughout the entire process. He even went above and beyond when he realized our 7-month-old was napping by trying to minimize the noise he made. He ended the install by providing us with instructions on how to operate and maintain the system. We are extremely happy with the overall experience that Pro Water Solutions provided. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a water softener and will be using them again on any future properties.

The founder Brad took the time to clearly lay out the options for water softening and reverse osmosis system at our home, explain the benefits, address our questions, and make compelling recommendations.
